Hello team,


I am not able to see the shared folder / files.

My administrator shared the folders / files and i was not able to see those. When i logged first was appearing and after i re login all are gone.

It would be best to reach out to your Box admin or the folder owner and request to be removed as a collaborator and resend the collaboration invite email. In most cases, this resolves the problem of shared folders not appearing on the account.
