Hello.

On Box Drive v2.27.240 on M1 Mac mini 2020 (MacOS 12.5.1), the folder hierarchy is displayed but none of the documents are shown or accessible.
Under the local ~/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box/, there is still only an empty folder hierarchy with no document files.
When I search for Box from the menu bar, the search results are displayed, but I cannot view them in the Finder.
When I access them via the web, all documents are exists and I can access them without any problem.
I have also confirmed that Box has been given full disk access permission and that Finder Extension is enabled.
On another Mac (MacBook Pro, intel) I have not had this problem.

Is there anything I can do to help solve the problem?

Additions.
Logging out and logging back in from the Box.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Box
but the situation did not change.
