Only box admin left the company

I joined the company as the responsible for our BOX account, however the only account with admin rights has left 2 years ago and everyone's rights are set to editor.
We can't get this account back as we don't know the password.
Can you transfer the ADMIN role to my account so we can administer our account?

Admin transfer requests require some account specific information, so I've submitted a case to Box Support on your behalf. You should be receiving an email confirmation shortly.

362976492687 - I am an admin, but the other 2 admins on my account are both no longer with the company. Box won't let me delete them or change their permissions. I really need to get our Box admin tightened up. Thanks.
