We currently have a submission link set up so employees can submit forms and it's routed to the appropriate person(s) for approval, which is set up through a relay. Sometimes multiple forms are submitted rather than just one. Is there a way to distinguish which forms goes into a particular folder with just the one submission link if multiple forms are received?

Welcome to the Box Community!
Unfortunately, we do not have this feature or functionality available. An upload link is unique to one specific folder thus any submission through that link will go the specific folder the link was created for.
If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com ! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
