ON BOX is no longer active the folder created by my colleague who left the company. Since April 1, the date of release and disposal of his email we no longer see the folders. Inside is much of our project work. How can we recover it?

It's likely the content was deleted together with the previous employee's Box account. I would recommend reaching out to your Box Admin on recovering the account and its contents.
