Old phone is damaged/not working, can't access Duo authentication

Hi,

I can't login to box because my old phone, which had two-factor authentication set up for my Duo account, is damaged and not in working condition. I have changed my phone but I can't setup Duo on the new phone until I login, and I can't login without a passcode.
