Old number on account

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

To add a phone number in your Box account: 

1. Log in to box.com and navigate to 'View Profile.'
2. Click 'Edit Information' and set your phone number.
3. Don't forget to 'Save Changes' to capture the changes.
