Old inaccessible email is my account name.

Hi, How can I reset a password for a box account with a username that is an old email address that I can no longer access?

I have exactly the same problem. I set up my account many years ago when I had a website for my business, but I sold it and my website is no longer mine, and the email address went as well.

Box recently told me my password had expired and I needed to reset it …. My email address has changed, so how can I reset?

Box are no help - they seem to just wash their hands of this problem by giving no one to support!! I’m in the UK so phoning California is not an option!

Anyone found a solution? All my files are inaccessible. What can I do?
