Due to requirements from our insurance company, we need to be able to make an offline backup of all content in our Box-account (i.e. not just my own content but for the whole company). Could you please let me know how to do this.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
You will have to initiate to create an offline backup of your Box contents (and every end users alike). To do so, you can download your Box folders off of your Box account or install Box Drive where you could mark your folders for offline use.
