Office apps suddenly not integrated with Box

For some reason, we can no longer access our Box storage through Office apps. In other words when I go to retrieve a file from inside of Powerpoint, for instance, it tells me that "This application cannot be used because it is disabled by the administrator" yet I am the administrator on both accounts and in Box it appears to be enabled. Then when I go to the help/support library, videos on Office/Box integration are not working. Anyone else having these problems?
