Hello, for a few days now, when I open a word or excel file from my Box app on Android with Office 365 with a paid account, it doesn't work. As soon as Office is opened, the file download begins and I am told that it is impossible to download the file and that the server is not available. I noticed that on the Office 365 android app in cloud services Box is no longer inserted. So they are no longer compatible? what happens? Waiting for your reply, greetings.

 I would like to suggest to reauthorise the Microsoft 365 app. Please find the steps below:


  1. Access your account in box.com and click on your initials on the top right hand corner

  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Security

  3. Click on X to forget any Office for Android app sessions.

  4. Once all are removed go back to the Box mobile app and try opening a file in Microsoft 365

  5. You should be prompted to authorise Box
