Hi my client uploads to the file request folder and they would like to. receive a notifcation that the file was uploaded. Is that possible? I could invite my client to the folder that the file request is uploaded to but I would like it more seamless.

To ensure your organization can receive notifications from Box, you may need to update your filters to allow email notifications to reach your users.
To enable notifications in the account. Please go to Account Settings> Notifications> Email Notifications.
You can select for which actions and about what type of content you would like to be emailed.
