When a client of mine makes comments on a document I have shared with them, I am not being notified. I am notified when they accept the share but not when they make comments. How do I fix this?

How are outside collaborators able to make comments? Does Allow Edits have to be clicked on in admin settings?
I honestly don't know what you need to do to allow it, but it works great if only Box would tell me when it happens.
It's very annoying that notifications are not sent on comments made on Word documents when they have been opened in the desktop app.
