Notification when shared file is already in use

Dear all

We are using BOX since a couple of months and now it happen that people are working on the same file without realizing that the other one has it open.

We are aware of the "block" function but also there if you didn't see the symbol or the "read-only" in the title you get after your changes the information that you cannot save.

Is there any way to block the access when the file is blocked?

    We currently do not have the feature you asked about, however we have some recommendations that may help such as using the enhanced Lock/Unlock feature on Box Drive.
