notification to me sending wrong name

Hi everyone, 

ok so I have two Box.com accounts, one for one side of my business (and its linked to the corporation I do business with) and the agent who sends me files, or requests etc.

I opened a new Box.com account, for the second branch of my business and when someone accesses a shared file, it sends me a notification with the name of the agent from the first account, or the one mentioned above.  This is driving me crazy, I truly have searched all over to figure out why this is happening, and I hope the client isn't seeing this other person's name ?  Help.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

You may want to check your Account profile and modify it: 

  1. Login to box.com.
  2. From the Box landing page, click your profile at the top right. 
  3. In the drop down, please select Account Profile.
  4. If there's anything that needs to be changed, please do so and don't forget to click Save Changes
