So we have a form in formstack that uploads into Box. The file was uploaded to Box but I received no notification. Test notification works so that is not the issue.
Secondary question since I haven't seen a notification email - does the email contain a link to the file(s) uploaded? Or just the name of the file? Or?

If your test upload triggered a notification in your folder. Can you share some details concerning your workflow? How do you upload files using Formstack on Box?
Can you walk me through your each steps?

The point was that I DID NOT receive a notification when it is clearly setup to receive a notification when anything is uploaded into my folders. So what would be the reason for that? Here is the formstack form (trial only takes small files): https://roedentallab.formstack.com/forms/chrome
So the connection works because files have been uploaded to box, I just want to know why it didn't trigger a notification.
