I have not received a confirmation email to sync my box. I can only sign on box.com

If you're trying to sync your Box files from the Box website to your machine. And if you haven't done it yet. Kindly install Box Drive. (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697474-Installing-and-Updating-Box-Drive)
