I save a file on iPhone, but when I open Box on Mac the saved doc is not there. I am logged into the same account on both devices. This is also the case for vice versa saved on Mac and not showing up on iPhone. It will eventually show up, but can be days later.

Are you using the Box for iOS app or the browser web app? Have you tried refreshing the page after the changes made?
