Not recieving a password reset email to a .edu email

Hello! I am trying to reset my password for an account here that is a .edu account, but unfortunately I am not receiving any emails to reset my password. I have waited over 24 hours, and I am assuming that the email is not coming anymore, and I had tried sending a new link several times, but no email. Please help!
