Under my work email address (not the account I'm logged into now) I'm not receiving the password reset email.  I've checked all junk folders and know I am able to receive box.com emails.  Please help....need this for work.

Password reset works only for active and existing Box accounts. Can you trigger a new password reset email by using app.box.com/reset? Meanwhile, if your password reset email didn't arrive even after checking your spam/junk folder. Please see this article, "Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications".

I was invited to a Box site by a third party that is using the site as a data room.  The invitation used my work email address which is an address I've used with Box before so I can't "sign up" with that email address because it already exists in the Box system.  I have forgotten the password for that email address and need to reset the password, but am not receiving the reset password emails.  I've checked my junk folders and know I can get box.com emails because I got the invitation to the data room site.  If someone can reach out to me privately I can provide the email address in question if that would help resolve the issue.
