Hello,
We have been using box since a long time at our company. Today, we had 2 users who did not receive any invite emails. We checked their spam, trash and all the other folders but cannot find it. Already tried deleting the accounts and added new accounts. 
Still no progress.
Can anyone help me here, please?

Fantastic support, thanks Box team! One month and still no answer. I have exactly the same problem. Let's go, support guys! Don't just sit on your fat arses, do some work to fix this godamn problem.

I am not a tech support for box but I can help you with it. 
Open a new live chat and tell the tech to remove the email address from blocked status. 
They should be able to help you resolve this issue within 5 minutes.
