Hello, my personal account [personal information--redacted] has had a box account since 2014. I am trying to reset the password and I am not receiving any emails to do so. I have checked spam filters. I notice many other users are not receiving the password reset email. Is this a known bug?
Is it possible to check the email address [personal information--redacted] on your end to see if that email address is receiving emails according to box.com servers?
