Not receiving email notifications when a file is previewed

Hi there,

I'm still not receiving email notifications when a file has been previewed. I have tried everything, changing email, resetting the notification status to default or overriding and still nothing. That was pretty much the reason I am using box, if there is no solution, I will have to find another alternative. If you can please advise as this was working perfectly till a week or so.

    • Are you the owner of the previewed file?
    • Are you receiving other notifications? 
    • Could you provide a screenshot of your settings?
