Not receiving email notifications

I've checked my account settings and all notifications are turned on, I've checked the individual folder settings for several separate folders and they are all set to "account default" but I'm no longer receiving notifications when files are downloaded.    I found a post from February about a known issue (never updated to say fixed) but these were definitely working in June but haven't been working since at least late September.  They are not in my spam folder.

But there is the possibilities to see who download the files?

It is just for payment account?

Have you checked your spam/ junk or other email folders for the email notifications from Box?

yes, as stated in the original post spam was checked and nothing on my end changed in the couple months since this was last known to be working.

How are they identifying my account?  from the email i login here with?  Or the forever ago lost email that Zendesk still wants as my only email here despite updating my login years ago and it no longer being active on my box.com account?
