Not receiving confirmation email and password for new account

I created a new user and the invite never went through to activate the account. Subsequent reset emails don't go through either. I deleted the account and remade it, same issue. The email is not in the junk folder. I have added @box.com and all recommended addresses (Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications – Box Support)  as trusted senders but I didn't received the emails yet. My antivirus doesn't seem to be blocking any email either.
