Despite having my 2FA setting set to email, I am not receiving the 2FA code when I try to log in (I have checked my spam). My administrator can waive my 2FA requirement (which is how I logged in just now), but we cannot keep the setting that way, as it is against government regulations. Please set me up with someone in support to help me fix this so that I get 2FA codes sent to my email.
