Not normal storage numbers.

When the storage numbers are not normal, they have to contact support and reset them.

Where do I contact?
BOX support is difficult to understand.

Same thing on my side (50GB instead of 7GB) and impossible to log in to Box Support with box.com account.

How can we proceed to have a support ?
