A GEICO insurance adjuster had me try and upload some documents using Box, I created an account and tried to upload the one document to the shared folder and it says I don’t have enough storage space, which is incorrect because I only have one document. I need help getting this uploaded, it is time sensitive. Additionally, the lack of easy to use customer support is insane.

It’s true that you only have a single item present in your Box account.

Let me just confirm, are you uploading files directly to your Box account or uploading item on a shared folder? If it’s the latter, please reach out to the folder owner as the user may have used up his/her allocated storage.  

 

Note: When uploading items to a folder, the owner’s free storage will determine the folder’s capacity to house more contents.
