I recently got an email which stated I will get extra storage on using mobile app. But after using the mobile app I didn't get any extra storage. Please solve the problem.

Hi France, I have the same issue got the email and installed the app but no extra space yet and was wondering if it takes a few days or is something that support need to be involved, thank you for your help
