I am still not getting verification email.  I have enabled 2 factor verification.  possibly I have two box accounts.  I note that I upgraded the plan on one of my accounts yesterday.  can you pls help me. I have now spent 6 hours trying to get Box to work for me.  Thanks!!  --Mary
