Not gettig email notification in multiple users account

Dear Sir,

I am not getting any e-mail notification also 2-step code in my . Also the all users of my domain pbcnet.com having the same issue. I have done the all possible settings from my end but still facing the same issue. Request you to resolve the issue.

    We've ran the script and made sure you're correctly receiving emails from Box. Meanwhile, 2FA is not enabled to your Box account.
