'Not enough space on Box' on an unlimited account

I'm trying to upload files and am getting an error of "There is not enough space on Box. You need an addtional 1.41 GB to copy these files."  --- Yet I have an unlimited subscription and this account that is logged in (the one this post is submitted under), is verified (through the Admin Console) as having unlimited storage.

Am I missing something?  Is there a hidden/hard-to-find option that I missed somewhere in the user settings?

And suddenly it's working again.  Nothing was changed, it just started working again.  If the issue comes up again, I'll report it at that time.  Thank you anyway!
