Box says I don't have enough disk space to open a file.  I have removed 20 GB of files; the message is the same.  I have OneDrive and DropBox on the same computer and have no problem opening files.

We have corrected your account storage on your account. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
