Not able to generate code for BOX API

I am a newcomer to BOX API. I created an app in BOX and trying to get access token via postman.

This is what I get while following the steps in the documentation. Can anyone help me?

    This is happening because your organization has disabled third party and custom app integrations by default, meaning your internal IT team will have to approve the application in the Box Admin Console.
