Our team is not able to update co-owners of file folders. This has happened for multiple different folders.
Is there any guidance or instruction on how we can resolve?
The team has "added co-owners" but it does not stay with that designation in the system.

To confirm, are you the owner of the folder you are trying to add co-owners to? If yes, I believe this behavior is expected to due your type of account.
Personal Box users are only allowed to invite collaborators as "Editors" or "Viewers" on items they own according to this article while the rest are available to accounts that are on the Business and higher plans.
