Hi there,
I received an email about accepting a collaboration invite. I made my personal account with the same email I received the collaboration invite too, but when I click to accept the invite, it brings me to my box home page where all I can see is the "Getting Started with Box" pdf that was downloaded upon signing up.
How can I resolve this?

Please accept your pending invite sent to your Box account. If you can't find the folder/file you're supposed to have access to. Kindly contact the person who sent this invite and request for a new collaboration invite.

No, this doesn't help, because I keep accepting the invite and it does not go to any file or folder.
