Hello support team. Again, my box tells me that the store is almost full. 38GB of 50GB should be occupied. This can not be, because there are only a few files on the box. The trash is also deleted. Can you please clean my storage area? Regards - Mario

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
