What to do if i a password reset mail not arrive in inbox nor spamfolder.


This concerns not this account; but an account what seems lost, however putting-in the password, it says this password is old (so the password is known in BOX) , and needs a reset. After doing so, its asking a mail reference (which exist) and no reset link do arrive, so it means dead end.


Anybody experience? please advice me.

Please have the affected user to run these troubleshooting steps. Doing so will help address the user's issue in receiving a password reset link through email. 


Once you're done, please generate a new password reset link.
