I have been using box and all the file I have recievd I can open and edit using Miscrosoft Excel online or powerpoint online if a powerpoint file. However I have just recieved a file which only lets me open and edit with Google sheets. I have checked all the other files and I can still open with Excel online, so its just this one file.

I am having the same issue, this is a locally added file and I have no issue using Excel online in other files in our Box enterprise account.
