Hello,

I wish BoxSign had the capacity to allow us the option of combing multiple signed files together or as separate files like DocuSign does. Now, I have to do 4 extra steps by combining the multiple files in Adobe. Download files from Box, and upload to Adobe to combine, save and move into the folder that I want.

I am getting issues with Adobe where the files have a yellow icon at the top right corner when uploaded with "Warning/Errors: Error during processing (file skipped)" and Adobe refuses to combine the files. Now I have to send multiple files vs 1 file once they're signed in BoxSign.

Hi Victoria,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

Looking at your post, you may utilize Box Sign's Multiples Files Upload feature.

Here you can add multiple documents to a signature request. After uploading the first document, you can now add more documents from Box or from your local files. Each file remains a separate document with a separate header, but the signer will see them in a continuous flow.

If you haven't tried it yet, here's the steps to test it out.

Hope it helps! Let me know if you have questions.

I should have clarified that this is for when Documents are signed. I am referring to when Documents are signed and having the option to combine multiple signed documents into one file.

Now I cannot combine the files in Adobe after as the BoxSign has file issues.
