I can’t seem to be able to raise a support ticket yet I have a paid account. All I see when navigating to support is “Box Community’ as below. How do I raise a ticket? I have an urgent issue

Apologies for the inconvenience, I already reached out to specialist and we made sure your profile is now fully updated. Going forward, you will now be able to select available support channels according to your account type such us creating a support case.
