No Option in Note for "Set This as a Template"

I'm trying to create a new template in Box notes. I am following the steps here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696714-Using-Templates-in-Box-Notes#createcustomtemplate

The problem is that when I click more options, there is no option for "Set this as a Template" that shows up in that menu. 

What am I missing?
