No option for SSO login

I just got a new laptop. Just downloaded Box Drive, and want to login using my company credentials. I put in the email associated with the account, but it doesn't offer me an option to login via SSO. Is there a way to toggle the app to give me an SSO login? Clearly its not detecting the domain name of the company.

I have the same issue when using the App. Cannot login via SSO on IOS or Microsoft. Only the web version offers a link to login via google.

Have the same issue today after downloading the Box Drive app.  No SSO option.  Was there a resolution for this problem?
