Hello Box-Community,

I do not get any notifications from my box account.

I already followed https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications but it is still not working. Is it possible that I am on the Email on suppression list? How can I check this? Opening a case with the support team does not work either.

Your email is not in our suppression list, and you  may want to identify the type of notification(s) you're unable to receive.
