No mails from Box

Hello.

My colleague can not receive an email invitation to join the BOX collaborator.
Try to create her own BOX account , but she did not receive authentication email.
No mail  in  Spam/Junk folder, Our IT department do not block emails from BOX.

It  seems that her email address is on suppression list.

I could not find how to start a ticket for help.

You may advise the affected user to contact our Support team herself and we'd be very much willing to look into this.

She can not receive mail from BOX, so she can not create an account to contact to support team.

That is why I made contact with you.
Do you mean she may make an account with another email address, then contact to support team?
