I see there is a new feature which allows us to highlight text or a particular area of a Word document in the preview and make comments, but I don't see a way to turn that off. I used to be able to easily copy text directly from a Word doc preview and paste it elsewhere. It was a HUGE time saver, but now when I try to highlight the text which I want to copy, Box jumps right into "comment" mode, and that overrides my attempt to copy text from the preview. It's disappointing. Has anyone figured out a way to copy text since this new feature? Maybe it's because I'm using a Mac? Thanks!

I concur. Came here for the same issue. It appears you can only disable the comment feature if you're an enterprise customer. Regular business customers are forced to use the commenting feature which eliminates the ability to copy text from the preview window.
This is the biggest annoyance I've experienced from Box upgrades in quite some time. Please allow business subscribers to disable commenting and other added features that aren't wanted.
