No Longer Able to Check Primary Email Address...CANNOT ACCESS ACCOUNT

Greetings Community,

I have seen posts like this, but I have not seen a way to remedy this (as I am not a paying customer).  I want to move my files off of my old account (yes, I created a new one), but the primary email address is my old work address that I no longer have access to.  

I receive emails to the secondary address.  Is that proof enough that it is MY ACCOUNT and possibly I could get a reset link sent to the secondary address???
