I currently have no files in my box, but my storage used says 173 MB.  I don't get why Box has such a problem with accurately reporting usage.  Could you please re-run the script on my account to zero this out?  Thanks.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
