I am not sure if there was a breach, but none of my files are in Box any longer. This is a pressing issue because the documents needed were time sensitive. What is even more frustrating is that there is no way to contact support besides to make a public post and hope someone from Box responds.

Are these missing files your owned contents? If not, please contact the owner and request for a collaboration re-invite.
Meanwhile, if it's your owned contents kindly visit your trash to restore your contents.
