Dear box support,


I have no file on box.com currently because I deleted all of my files several days ago.  But my free space is almost nothing (0.6 GB).

Could you run the script to correct my box account?


If I can do it by myself, please let me know how I do anything.  TIA.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
